The Westchester County Office of Economic Development
offers a suite of skills training programs to help cultivate a talent pipeline for Westchester’s employers. In addition to our programs, there are several outstanding skills training programs available throughout the state. The following programs are currently being offered.

Element 46 Pitch Night
Certified Production Technician (CPT)
The Certified Production Technician is a nationally portable, industry-led program that prepares and certifies individuals for career pathways in advanced manufacturing. The goal of the CPT 4.0 certification program is to raise the level of performance of production technicians starting or advancing their career and to provide value to employers.
This program is offered at SUNY Westchester Community College in collaboration with the Office of Economic Development. Scholarships are available!

Healthcare Talent Pipeline Program
The Healthcare Talent Pipeline Program, funded by the Office of Economic Development, will recruit 100 job seekers and employees who will be trained by SUNY Westchester Community College and Southern Westchester BOCES for certified nursing assistant, medical assistant, and medical administrative assistant jobs. Participants will also receive computer training from STEM Alliance and job readiness and service excellence training from Leadership Learning Group.
The Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board, Nonprofit Westchester, and other nonprofits will assist with recruitment and support services. A sampling of employer
