      addition to the requisite hard work and dedication, John’s ability to handle pressure and solve problems is paramount in a company where the difficult is routine. More than a gap filler, John became a stable bridge between the third and fourth generations, a proven leader, and a key to continued prosperity for decades to come.
Jason Loveland, Frank Olszewski and Shaun Rukert were each promoted on October 13, 2003.
Jason was named Vice President of Warehouse Administration for Rukert Terminals. Frank, who had just earned a master’s degree from Towson University, was named Vice President of Vessel Operations for Beacon Stevedoring. Besides managing day-to-day operations, Jason and Frank were charged with generating new business.
Shaun was named Vice President of both Rukert Terminals and Beacon Stevedoring, which included
