CHECK OUT
DINING ON MAIN STREET
While contemplating your dining choices, we hope you enjoy getting to know our towns through the great food and drink! Here are our downtown dining hubs:
HYATTSVILLE
The Gateway Arts District along
Route 1 runs right through the heart
of Hyattsville, and it’s where a lot
of the town’s restaurant options are concentrated. Visit Franklins Restaurant & Brewery (franklinsbrewery.
com), Busboys and Poets (busboysandpoets.com), Elevation Burger (elevationburger.com), Tara Thai (tarathai.com) and many more.
“WE HAVE
A REAL WEAKNESS FOR SPOTS THAT FEEL LIKE HOME.”
RIVERDALE PARK
Riverdale is small but mighty, with many delicious options packed into just a few blocks. We love the Ethiopian stalwart Shagga (shaggarestaurant.com), fast- casual place MOD Pizza (modpizza.com) and 2Fifty Texas BBQ (2fiftybbq.com).
COLLEGE PARK
As a college town, College Park has
a wealth of dining options, mostly clustered around Route 1. Milk & Honey (milknhoneycollegepark.com) is great for brunch, The Board and Brew (theboardandbrew.com) for snacks, drinks and board games, and don’t leave without stopping by Hard Times Café (hardtimes.com) for their
famous chili.
LAUREL
Once again, Route 1 is the place
to be, with favorites like Kogi Underground (kogi-underground. business.site), which serves Korean BBQ; BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse (bjsrestaurants.com); and the
Double T Diner (doubletdinerlaurel. com). Laurel’s quaint Main Street
has you covered too, with the well- regarded Italian eatery Olive On Main (oliveonmainlaurel.com).
BOWIE
Bowie is a hub for lovers of seafood
and Asian cuisine. For seafood, there’s Jerry’s Seafood (jerryseafood.com), the Rock & Toss Crab House (rockntoss.com) and The Crab Galley (crabgalley.com).
If you love Asian cuisine, stop by East Moon (eastmoonmd.com), Ichiban Sushi (ichiban-sushi.com) or Island Fin Poke Company (islandfinpoke.com).
