DONATE to the Friends of Forestry Political Action Committee (FFPAC)!
It’s that time again! We are raising money for our FFPAC. To read more about how to donate, check our website at ncforestry.org. Purchase raffle tickets from board members before September 1.
The mission of FFPAC is to champion forestry/agricultural interests by organizing more effective political action and by creating awareness among candidates of the importance of forestry to the economy and the environment, thus carrying out its civic responsibility.
The North Carolina Forestry Association represents its members’ interests before the North Carolina General Assembly, state regulatory agencies, and the U.S. Congress to ensure that sensible policies and regulations are enacted, allowing our state’s forest-based economy to thrive. An overview of the 2021
North Carolina Legislative Session will be included in the Fourth Quarter edition of TreeLine magazine. The NCFA sends out a weekly legislative update in our Zipline email newsletter. To sign up for the newsletter, you can reach out to Director
of Communications Amanda Murphy at amurphy@ncforestry.org.
Our members chime in on the importance of our legislative advocacy on both NCFA’s YouTube channel and here in the magazine!
