Intern’s Video Project Helps Raise Awareness

Andrea Casallas began interning with the NCFA in early 2023, leading the development of a video on sustainable forestry. Andrea — along with Jessica Ireland, Abigail Ridge, and Amanda Murphy — created a video for the K-12 audience and the general public to raise awareness about and increase knowledge of sustainable forestry, especially how it supports the environment, economy, and our communities. On the following pages is an interview with Andrea regarding her experience with this project.
