make the practice of medicine better for all physicians in the state as well as the country by holding positions on MSD’s many committees and subcommittees, as well as positions of leadership within the Society. Whether they are speaking in Dover to legislators, helping to explain the importance of many of the challenges physicians face, or designing programs that educate Delaware’s youth and underserved, MSD physicians stand on the frontline of progress.
As we all know, the work is not done, and MSD is always looking for more physicians who are interested in rolling up their sleeves in a different way, to effect change and affect lives through meaningful initiatives, programs, and legislation. If you are interested in making an impact and getting to know some of your colleagues in a different way, please contact MSD’s Director of Corporate Services, Mary LaJudice, at Mary. LaJudice@medsocdel.org or 302-244-5183.
I am grateful to be standing with all our MSD members during this challenging time, and grateful for the opportunity to be your President. Congratulations to all our Top Docs and thank you for all you do!

Whether we were forced to close down our practices to the bare minimum, had to quickly offer a strong telemedicine option to our patients, or had to roll up our sleeves, don our full PPE gear, and care for the sickest of the sick while our families worried for our safety and theirs, physicians throughout Delaware stood tall and faced the challenges head on.
This issue of the Delaware Medical Journal hails the physicians who have been honored as a 2020 Delaware Today Top Doctor. These physicians were nominated by their peers, not by the general public. Knowing that each winner has not just the respect of their patients, but of their fellow physicians, holds great honor. Congratulations to each of you!
Within the pages of this journal are the names of 298 Medical Society of Delaware (MSD) members who can proudly say that they ARE a Top Doctor! It should not be understated that
