The scoop: About 90 miles from New York City in the scenic foothills of the
Catskill Mountains, this all-inclusive family-friendly resort re-opened under new ownership in 2018 after welcoming guests for 40 years as Pinegrove Ranch. The recently renovated guestrooms are spacious; most comfortably sleep four-eight people.
