The Wilmington & Western Railroad features 1.5-hour round trips on the Santa Claus Express excursion to Ashland with the Jolly Old Elf on board as conductor-in-chief. Also, during selected evenings throughout the month, the Holiday Lights Express chugs through the Red Clay Creek Valley on hour-long journeys.
