the bride says. “We’re both easygoing people who didn’t want a huge fuss.” Rebecca booked all the vendors herself. “Once that was done, I realized that if I wanted to actually enjoy my wedding, I needed another person to
help me think through the details,” she says.
For their day-of coordinator, the couple hired Lovely Veil Events’ Sarah
Timmons. “She’s a lifesaver,” says Rebecca. “I was able to relax because I knew the team we hired had it covered.”
Timmons’ goal was simple. “ I wanted to make sure that they enjoyed their special day, rather than stress or worry about the details,” she says. “We met three times, including one visit to their venue to go over the floor plan, review the timeline and confirm other details.”
On the big day, Timmons and her assistant served as the point
of contact for all vendors, setting up the décor and executing the timeline. The groom, meanwhile, had officiated both of his siblings’
