The women of MELT, Fancy’s on Fifth and The Marble Ring are setting the Main Line aflame with hot restaurants and night spots. Founded by Paget Pizitz and Harriet Reis, these establishments have set the pace for the region’s hottest new entertainment district. Starting with a food truck, Harriet and Paget have grown the businesses with the talents of their team of like-minded entrepreneurial employees. Megan Miller makes Fancy’s bar come alive with unique cocktails and welcoming family attitude. Amanda Cruce, in her extra-small chef coat, brings innovation and control to the MELT kitchen. GM Janice Cardwell runs MELT with the creative soul of a mentor, making the tough stuff look easy and pouring a mean cocktail on the side.
