  Patricia L. Enerio is a partner at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP. She focuses her practice on cor- porate governance,
partnership and limited liability company disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Enerio clerked for the Delaware Court of Chancery in 1998-1999. She was the first law clerk to The Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr. Enerio is a member of the Court of Chancery Rules Committee. She is also the founder of Women Chancery Lawyers (a.k.a. Chancery Chicks), a networking group for women lawyers who practice corporate and commer- cial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Laura Davis Jones is a name partner of Pachul- ski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP, a na- tional bankruptcy and restructur-
ing firm. She is also the managing partner of the firm’s Delaware office. Jones started her career as a sole
law clerk to the Hon. Helen Balick (now deceased) in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court, and has gone
on to represent numerous debtors, creditors’ committees, bank groups, acquirers and other significant con- stituencies in Chapter 11 cases and workout proceedings in Delaware and throughout the country. She is
a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, has been named “Deal Maker of the Year” by The American Lawyer, and has received numerous additional awards and recognitions.
David J. Margules began practicing in 1983 as the 15th lawyer in Skadden Arps’ Delaware office. In the 1990s, he
founded Delaware offices for two different Philadelphia firms: Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg and Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen. He spent 15 years with the litiga- tion boutique Bouchard Margules & Friedlander, from which he with- drew in 2014 to head the Chancery and Corporate Governance group in the Delaware office of Philadelphia’s Ballard Spahr.
Charles M. Oberly III is
a graduate of Brandywine High School, Penn State (Phi Beta Kappa), and the University
of Virginia Law School. After clerk- ing for U.S. District Court Judge James L. Latchum, he joined Morris James Hitchens & Williams. In 1976, he became a Deputy Attorney General and later served as State Prosecutor. In 1982, Oberly was elected Attorney General of Dela- ware, and was re-elected in 1986 and 1990. After a time in private practice, President Barack Obama appointed him U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware in 2010, a position he held until March 2017. He presently serves as Senior Advi- sor to Attorney General Kathleen Jennings. He is married to Superior Court Commissioner Lynne Parker and the proud father of five children.

her national and international clients with a range of services, from litigating patent infringement disputes to counseling on protections for copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. She is a longtime member of the Board of Editors of Delaware Lawyer and served as its Chair from 2000-2003. Pascale received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the Villanova Law Review.
A. Gilchrist Sparks III is a lifelong Dela- warean, and a graduate of Brandywine High School and Yale Uni- versity. After four years of active duty as an
officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, including a tour in Vietnam, he attended and gradu- ated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1973 and was admitted to the Delaware Bar the same year. He spent his entire legal career at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, both as a litigator and a corporate advisor, and continues as of counsel to the firm. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, an Honorary Fellow of the American Col- lege of Corporate Governance and a mem- ber of the American Law Institute. He is former chair of the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners, the DSBA Corporation Law Section and the Board of Trustees of the University of Delaware, and a co-author of Delaware Corporation Law and Practice (Matthew Bender, 1988-Present).
