Elizabeth (“Betsy”) McGeever
is a director at Prickett, Jones & Elliott, P.A. She was President of the Delaware State Bar Association in 2007-08 and re- cently completed membership on the board of directors of the Delaware Bar Founda- tion. McGeever served as a Co-chair of the
Combined Campaign for Justice (CCJ) and has rejoined the CCJ team in order to increase legacy giving.
Tanisha Merced
is a member of the Delaware state bar. She has dedicated her career to public service. Merced currently serves as the Deputy Insurance Commissioner for the State of Delaware Department of Insurance. Prior to joining the Department of Insurance,
she served as a Deputy Attorney General at the Delaware De- partment of Justice and as First Assistant County Attorney for New Castle County. Merced serves on the Nominating Com- mittee for the Delaware State Bar Association, is a past Com-
missioner of former Gov. Jack Markell’s Hispanic Commis- sion, and served as a past Chair of the Multi-Cultural Judges and Lawyers Section.
Rebecca Song
is a Deputy Attorney General in the Crimi- nal Division of the Delaware Department of Justice. She graduated from Barnard Col- lege, Columbia University and the Temple University School of Law. Since joining the DOJ in 2014, she has prosecuted and taken
to trial violent felony and victim crimes, including firearm of- fenses, drug dealing, robberies assaults and homicides.
Patricia A. Winston
practices in the areas of business litigation, corporate and fiduciary litigation, alterna- tive entity disputes and special committee representation. Recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine, Winston handles all phases of litigation, primarily
in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division and the Del- aware District Court. Her litigation engagements include com- plex contract disputes, claims for breaches of fiduciary duties and claims arising under the Delaware General Corporation Law. Winston also is the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Morris James.
