The Delaware Bar Foundation serves to identify, fund and promote programs that improve
the administration of justice in Delaware, enhance public respect for the law and foster
knowledge of citizenship rights and responsibilities. In addition to administering IOLTA for
the Supreme Court, a program that has provided over $38 million to fund legal services
for low-income citizens, the Foundation also supported various programs including new
collaborations and partnerships this year:
Supporting a program to educate teens and foster
positive interactions with law enforcement
Paying expungement application expenses
for qualifying Delawareans
Howard High School
Administering www.DELegalHelpLink.org – a
website to guide those in need of civil legal services
Publishing & providing Delaware Lawyer
magazine free to members of the Delaware bar
