  John Culhane is Distinguished Professor of Law at Delaware
Law School and a visiting profes- sor at the Beasley School of Law at Temple University. He teaches and writes in the areas of Torts, Constitutional Law, Family Law and Public Health Law. He is the author of the just-published book, More Than Marriage: Forming
Families After Marriage Equality (U. Cal. Press). A graduate of the College of William and Mary and Fordham Law School, he has thrice won the Outstanding Faculty Award at Delaware and is a two-time recipient of the Faculty Scholarship Award. He is a regular contributor to both Slate and Politico, and has written 40-plus law review articles and several books. A Shakespeare enthusiast, he lives in Philadelphia and competes in open-water swimming competitions.
Ethan Holland is vice president of Draper Digital Media. Previ- ously, he was senior director of marketing at American Eagle Outfitters. He has spent his career digitally transforming legacy busi- nesses, including catalogs, home shopping networks, retailers and television stations. Holland has been recognized in The New York
Times and was the keynote speaker at Adobe’s Worldwide Sales conference. He has partnered on product launches with Google, YouTube, Facebook, Snap, Instagram and Twitter. Holland grew up in Milford and graduated from Swarthmore College with a degree in English Literature. His favorite pastime is advising corporations and executives on artificial intelligence. Allison Taylor Levine, MPA, is founder and CEO of the Local Journalism Initiative of Delaware (LJI), a nonprofit organization working to strengthen our democracy and our communities by strengthening local journalism in Delaware. Under Levine’s leadership, LJI is launching Spotlight Delaware, the state’s
first collaborative nonprofit newsroom. LJI also operates an internship program, conducted an assessment of Dela- ware's local news and information ecosystem, and leads the Delaware Journalism Collaborative, comprising 23 local newsrooms and partners. After starting as a reporter at several newspapers, Levine spent 20 years in various community leadership roles in Delaware, including 12 years as vice president for marketing and communications at the Delaware Community Foundation. John Sweeney spent 33 years
as a journalist with The News Journal in Wilmington, the last
10 as editorial page editor. Before that, he worked at newspapers in Pennsylvania and Florida. Sweeney is the co-editor of The Journalist's Craft: A Guide to Writing Better Stories, and editor of Delaware's John Dickinson: The Constant Watchman of Liberty.
Harvey L. White is an affiliated professor with the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration
at the University of Delaware
and an Emeritus Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. He has a doctorate in Political Science from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and a master’s in Administrative Services from East
Carolina University. White has served as a city manager, assistant university president and academic dean. He con- sults, lectures and conducts research in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. He has expertise in performance management, talent management and artificial intelligence. He has six books and many other scholarly publications to his name. He was editor of the Journal of Public Management and Social Policy, President of the National Conference of Mi- nority Public Administrators and President of the Ameri- can Society for Public Administration, and is a fellow in the National Academy of Public Administration.
