Danielle Gibbs is Chief Legal Counsel to Gov. John C. Carney. She previously served as Chief Deputy At- torney General at the

Michael Hanrahan

years. He practices primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Educated at Columbia University, he has authored a number of articles, including “A Short History of the Delaware Court of Chan- cery,” 18 Del. J. Corp L. 819 (1993) (with Justice William T. Quillen).

Justice Randy
J. Holland (ret.) became the longest- serving justice in the history of Delaware in 2009. Throughout
his 30-year tenure on the bench, he authored more than 700 reported opinions and several thousand case dispositive orders. He is recognized as an expert on state constitutional law. In May 2017, he joined the Wilming- ton office of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati.
Barry M. Willoughby
