University, It All Matters
“It All Matters” is the current mantra at the 130-year-old Delaware State University, where the overarching priority is student success. Established as a state institution of higher education solely for African Americans, it is now Delaware’s only fully state University and one of the most diverse and contemporary among Historically Black Colleges and Universities nationally.
Through the new Wesley College of Health and Behavioral Sciences, the University offers undergraduate and master’s degrees in Nursing and Social Work, a Master of Occupational Therapy, and more. Students in the University’s Aviation Program benefit from the largest on- site plane fleet among HBCUs.
