                 e Regeneron Genetics Center (RGC) is dedicated to uncovering genetic truths about human health and disease, and this year led to a breakthrough in liver disease.
Expanding Its Physical Footprint in Tarrytown Currently occupying 2MM square feet of space in Westchester, Regeneron broke ground on its $1.8 billion expansion in Westchester County in June 2022. Governor Kathy Hochul formally announced the groundbreaking, which will include construction of research, preclinical manufacturing and support
facilities at its Tarrytown campus. e project will create at least 1,000 new full-time, high-skill jobs in Westchester over the next five years. e direct and indirect fiscal benefit to state and local government is estimated to be more than $283.3 million, with a nearly $2 billion estimated economic benefit to New York State.

Regeneron made important progress toward its 2025 Corporate Responsibility goals and was recognized for its efforts on the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index
for the fourth consecutive year. e company continued to cultivate a shared sense of purpose through its robust Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts and leading corporate giving and volunteerism programs.
In 2022, the company recorded 17,000+ employee volunteer hours – its highest ever – during its sixth annual Day for Doing Good.
Nurturing the Scientific Innovators of Tomorrow Regeneron makes significant investments in STEM education
to help foster the next generation
of scientific leaders. In 2022, Regeneron continued its title sponsorship of the Regeneron Science Talent Search, Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair and the Regeneron Westchester Science and Engineering Fair as part of its commitment to recognize and support the young scientific innovators of tomorrow. e company also invited students to enjoy an interactive educational experience at the Regeneron DNA Learning Center, located on its Sleepy Hollow campus.
e Company’s Industrial Operations and Product Supply team also launched a homegrown Regeneron STEM Academy in partnership with Troy High School to engage and inspire Capital Region students from underrepresented groups in STEM. Students in their freshman year participate in weekly sessions focused on key scientific concepts, team building, networking, presentation skills, site visits and more, and can continue in the program through senior year.
