The Great Pumpkin Carve
October 17-19, 2024
This popular three-day event is sure to get you into the Halloween Spirit. Every year, over 70 giant pumpkins are carved by local artists. On Thursday, watch the gourds turn into illuminated jack-o-lanterns at the hands of skilled carvers. On Thursday and Friday, the lanterns will be lit and displayed. All three nights, enjoy a kid-friendly Haunted Food, local craft beer and wine are available for purchase.

Dress up in your favorite costume and take a trip through the beautiful Chester Creek Valley in all its fall splendor! During a 20-minute stop at the historic Glen Mills station, passengers can disembark and explore the historic station and picnic grove. And you can’t forget about the candy! Little passengers will be able to collect some while on the train ride.
