ROME – Italy’s seaside holiday business has returned to 2019 levels, according to the JFC Observatory. Seaside holidays will rack up 418.58 million presences and generate 31.878 billion euros in euros in turnover this
summer, it said.
That compares to 411.89 million
presences and 31.857 billion euros in turnover in pre-pandemic 2019, said the observatory.
“The latest data are sharply up on 2020 and 2021,” it said.

ROME – The first electric Ferrari, scheduled to come off production lines in 2025, "will be a real Ferrari," according to the automaker’s CEO Benedetto Vigna.
He said the batteries for the groundbreaking model of the Italian glamour
sports car will be assembled at its Maranello HQ. Ferrari President John Elkann said its cars will be "even more unique" with the move to
electric engines.
Vigna also announced that the next
conventional Ferrari, the Purosangue (Thoroughbred), will be produced starting this September.
