THE FACE OF FITNESS
Hockessin Athletic Club opened its doors on June 10th, 2007 with a mission to be one of the best clubs in the nation.
To accomplish this, one goal was to build a best-in-the-business Personal Training team. HAC currently employs about
30 personal trainers, all of whom are certified by nationally-accredited programs such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since HAC opened, their mission has been to help the community lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives, and offers each of its members over the age of 14 a free physical assessment as well as a free 60-minute workout when they join the club, and each year of membership thereafter to ensure their members have the best chances at success in their journey to fitness.
