World Trade Center® Delaware (WTC Delaware) is
Delaware’s leading international trade resource. A not-for-
profit 501 c(3) organization, we provide innovative and
inclusive programming, training, partnerships, information
and connections that assist companies to become more
profitable, weather economic downturns and increase
employment through international trade.
In FY 2023-2024, we helped 335 companies, individuals
and government officials; organized 20 events; reached
over 263,619 people through our hybrid webinars and
conferences; published a magazine; issued numerous
trade leads and alerts; hired paid interns; exhibited at
international trade shows on three continents; and more.
WTC Delaware is a member of the World Trade Centers®
Association, a global network of 320 Centers in 100
countries connecting over 1 million businesses. These
Centers are supported by 15,000 WTC professionals that
deliver integrated, reciprocal resources to solve your
business needs.
We promote the value of Delaware’s businesses,
educational and government institutions to international
and foreign media, government officials, academia and
other multilateral organizations. We also promote Delaware
as a location for foreign direct investment. For our work
in promoting trade finance, especially to small business
minority, women, veterans and underserved communities,
the Export-Import Bank of the US (EXIM) named us as
Regional Export Promotion Program (REPP) of the Year
2023. In 2024, the Delaware legislature designated April 27,
the date we received our charter in 1987, as “World Trade
Center Delaware Day.”
