Delaware is known globally as a financial services center. A new FinTech Innovation Hub located on University of Delaware’s STAR Campus, an Opportunity Zone, has begun occupancy. The FinTech Innovation Hub is a partnership with University of Delaware and Delaware Technology Park financed with the support of Discover® Bank. Located in the building are
an array of digital science faculty and assets, research, student engagement education and internship, entrepreneurs, and non-profits. Community engagement is focused on financial literacy and financial equity for underserved population and businesses.
