Established in the mid-1990s, Goodwill Staffing Services is a program of Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, Inc. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Goodwill’s mission centers around providing skills to develop people’s ability to enter, and remain connected to, the workforce.
Goodwill Staffing is aligned with Goodwill’s Workforce Development initiatives to serve as a bridge for people nearing completion of the nonprofit’s job skills programs for veterans, opportunity youth, seniors, justice-involved citizens, differently- abled citizens, and people with a lack of work experience. These aren’t the only audiences that Goodwill Staffing Services recruits and employs – skilled professionals, mid-level managers, and niche specialists are frequently secured for clients.
With offices in all three counties in Delaware and in Delaware County, PA, Goodwill Staffing Services, provides end-to-end human resources support – recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits, performance management, and more
