Delaware Supreme Court
The Delaware Supreme Court is the highest court in the state. It has final appeal jurisdiction where criminal cases where sentences exceed
some minimums, civil cases to final judgements and other orders for the Court of Chancery and others. Chief Justice Collins “CJ” Seitz serves as
the Supreme Court’s administrative officer since he was sworn in 2019.
He has been on the bench since 2015, when he was appointed by Gov. Jack Markell. Before his appointment, Seitz founded a corporate advisory and litigation firm, Seitz, Ross, Aronstam & Moritz LLP, where he routinely litigated commercial, corporate, and intellectual property cases before the Court of Chancery and the Supreme Court. He also served as a partner
at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP, where he worked for 30 years.

Susan Lloyd
Delaware Hospice Inc.
Since 1987, Delaware Hospice CEO Susan Lloyd has guided the fledgling company from one program to 10 programs and services throughout
the state and along with Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. Under her leadership, the Delaware Hospice Center opened in 2008 to bring a new option of care to Delaware families with 16 suites in a family-style surroundings. Lloyd also launched the award- winning New Hope Program that helps children between the ages of six and 17 cope with loss through one- on-one counseling, school groups and a four-day summer camp in Delaware’s three counties. Through many other services like palliative care and transitions programs that offer support for those with family members with serious illnesses, Delaware Hospice has supported 130,000 families as of 2022.

Nick Moriello
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware
Created through a merger between Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware
and Pittsburgh-based Highmark, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware is the state’s largest health insurance provider that serves roughly half a million members. President Nick Moriello oversees strategic activities for the organization, leaning on his previous experience of growing an independent agency, Health Insurance Associates. Over the years, Highmark solidified its commitment to Delaware by offering $22 million in grants through the BluePrints for the Community program. In 2021, Moriello also led an effort to create a joint venture agreement with ChristianaCare to deliver new models of care.

Dr. Lynn Morrison
Brandywine Counseling and Community Services
Dr. Lynn Morrison has spent almost
her entire 30-year career at Brandywine Counseling and Community Services,
a nonprofit that provides recovery resources to families and people touched by mental health, substance abuse, HIV and other issues. Brandywine Counseling now serves more than 4,700 clients monthly in monthly treatment. Under her leadership, the nonprofit has grown its budget by expanding its footprint
to reach hard-to-reach people through programs like mobile treatment units and services for the homeless. Under Morrison’s leadership, Brandywine Counseling has been ahead of several substance use disorder-related initiatives, like naloxone training and distribution as well as fentanyl and xylazine test strips.
