Since 2015, Jim O’Donoghue has thrived as the owner and operator of Grain brand restaurants, which now include six locations across the state and over the Pennsylvania border. That first year that Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen opened in Newark, he and his team earned the title of Delaware Today’s Best New Restaurant. Alongside co- owner Lee Mikles, O’Donoghue has renovated spaces (like the one at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry terminal) and focused on expanding the business into Trolley Square and STAR Campus spots.

As CEO of High 5 Hospitality, which operates eight Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and five Jersey Mike’s locations in Delaware and Maryland along with other independent businesses, Bobby Pancake is responsible for setting the company’s overall vision and strategy, which focuses on people, performance
and profitability. From there, he just leads the leaders. The company was founded in 2004 by Pancake and his two partners as a way to introduce the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise
to the First State. Pancake is also a civic leader for the U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Command.
