Welcome to Delaware Business Times’ eighth annual Giving Guide. We are again happy to present you with these informative profiles of local nonprofits that work throughout the year to make Delaware a better place.
These remain challenging times for
many of our neighbors and each of these groups welcomes your needed support as they
strive to serve so many.
Throughout the state, the human services safety net has been stretched thin and these organizations are filling in the gaps to feed, educate, heal, and lift up our fellow citizens.
The Delaware Business Times Giving Guide is a
handy reference tool to help you research and identify organizations that get you excited about donating and/or volunteering your time.
Each of our profiles includes a mission statement, community impact update, leadership information plus giving and volunteer opportunities. They also provide important background information such as funding sources, annual revenue, and service area.
For the business leaders who regularly read DBT, consider reaching out to some of these organizations to see if there’s an opportunity to build a long-term relationship of giving and volunteering.
