Delaware Humanities strengthens our communities by connecting Delawareans through the diversity of human experiences.

For fifty years Delaware Humanities
has delivered and supported humanities
programming throughout Delaware. As the
state affiliate of the National Endowment
for the Humanities (NEH), we work with
organizations like museums, libraries,
historical societies, cultural groups, and
schools, providing both grant funding and
program services that strengthen these
organizations in Delaware communities. Four
core concepts unite the program services and grants we offer: Stories & Histories, Health & Environment, Media & Democracy, and Culture & Community.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Delaware Humanities relies on donations for the array of program services offered to organizations in Delaware. Providing speakers and conversation facilitators, program toolkits, informational exhibits, family reading programs, and capacity-building workshops to your local community organizations is all made possible through your donations.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
