Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County
is an independently chartered affiliate of
Habitat for Humanity International, the
largest not-for-profit builder in the world.
Since 1986, Habitat NCC has completed
the construction of over 280 affordable
homeownership opportunities, preserved
homeownership for over 200 households,
lowered household energy costs for over 300
families, completed approximately 100 critical
home repairs, held five neighborhood revitalization programs across Wilmington, and served over 1,100 community residents.

As a non-profit organization, Habitat NCC relies on individual and corporate donations to sustain our Affordable Homeownership,

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
As a Habitat NCC volunteer, you become a part of the solution to the affordable housing crisis in Delaware. There are many ways you can volunteer—from helping at one of our ReStores, working on a construction site, or participating in one of our neighborhood revitalization events. Because of the help of people like you, whole neighborhoods improve and completely transform. Through this transformation, families achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better life.
