Bancroft Construction is awarded an Excellence in the GC/CM $30-50 million category for Prelude Therapeutics
Headquarters. Bancroft completed a 101,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for Prelude at the Chestnut Run
Innovation & Science Park (CRISP) in Wilmington, which includes biology labs, chemistry labs, mechanical rooms, cold
storage rooms, conference & office spaces, kitchens/cafeterias, and executive boardrooms.
