In the GC/CM $30-50 million category, Richard Y. Johnson is honored with an Excellence for the Milton Elementary School. The school is one of the original 1920s DuPont Schools. The historic building was renovated and brought up to current education and code requirements while stripping away subpar additions that had been built over the years. New, respectfully designed additions were provided and despite the pandemic challenges, the project was completed on time and budget.

Sobieski Mechanical is awarded an Excellence in the mechanical $10 million and over category for The 501 at Mattison Estates. Sobieski completed an over $11 million contract including a complex integrated piping system for the entire HVAC and plumbing scopes for Mattison Estates, a state-of-the-art 250-unit senior/assisted living community located in Ambler, PA. This 425,000 square foot project is a mix of independent, assisted living and memory care units.
