ALLAN MYERS
In the site/civil over $10 million category, Allan Myers is awarded an Excellence for the Amazon LogistiCenter off I-95. The end goal of the project in Wilmington was to convert 120 acres of brownfield where a General Motors assembly plan once stood into a $600 million Amazon fulfillment center. The building is now the largest in Delaware at 3,833,950 square foot.
