SOBIESKI LIFE SAFETY
In the specialty category of fire sprinkler/alarm systems, Sobieski
Life Safety is awarded a Merit for St. Francis Life/Medori Flex Building. With extensive pre-planning between two conflicting schedules, Sobieski successfully designed, fabricated and installed the fire sprinkler and alarm systems for the 50,000 sq. ft. Medori Building ahead of schedule and within budget during the height
of the Coronavirus.
BANCROFT CONSTRUCTION
In the GC/CM $5-10 mill category, Bancroft Construction is awarded a Merit for the Ursinus College Schellhase Commons. Established as a social hub for current and prospective students, Schellhase Commons now provides
an identifiable entrance to the Ursinus College campus. Comprised of 17,305 sq. ft., it features spaces for student and community interaction, admissions
and other student services.
