An Excellence in the mechanical under $2M category is awarded to Service Unlimited for the Aldersgate United Methodist Church HVAC replacement and upgrade project. The project included two Carrier 15-ton split systems, one 10-ton Carrier split system and one 12-ton Carrier VRF system.
NICKLE ELECTRICAL
EDIS
In the GC/CM $50-100M category, EDiS is awarded an Excellence for Howard High School of Technology in Wilmington. The Howard project was
a lesson in creativity, precision and planning. The EDiS team paid tribute
to the history of Howard while elevating the building into modern times.
COMPANIES
An Excellence is awarded to Nickle Electrical Companies for Newark’s Comcast Regional Call Center & Network Monitoring Center. The 150,000 sq. ft. remodeled Comcast facility received a 2.5-megawatt generator,
a 625-KVA UPS system, fire alarm, floor boxes, light fixtures, electric car chargers and outdoor lighting.
