5. The Blue Moonarita
BLUE MOON MEXICAN CAFÉ
The whimsically named Blue Moonarita, an intoxicatingly flavored, 14-ounce concoction of Sauza Blue, Triple Sec, Patrón Citrónge, and Blue Curacao, will put you in a “fiesta” kind of mood in no time. Come on a Thursday from 7 pm to closing for Ladies’ Night and these drinks are $5. Or, better yet, come when there’s a full moon, and drinks are $5 all day. (When you’re ready
for “dessert,” try the Gold Caramel Margarita, made with Van Gogh Dutch Caramel vodka, Tres Generaciones Añejo, agave nectar, and a dash of lime and pineapple juice.)

6.Strawberry Basil Margarita
KEENAN HOUSE KITCHEN & TAP ROOM
The best of summer is poured into this refresh-
ing twist—yummy strawberries, fresh basil, agave juice, lime juice, Triple Sec, and heaps of ice, along with that key ingredient: tequila. You won’t taste the alcohol—the basil cuts its bite— and the strawberries keep it sweet enough and deliciously smooth.

7. GodivaWhite Chocolate Milkshake Cocktail...What???
RRQ
It’s a tough decision at RRQ, where the
drinks menu, a tribute to classic cock-
tails beginning with the ’50s, offers some interesting choices, among them a frozen espresso, a frozen creamsicle, and a frozen sangriarita. But our favorite is the humor- ously (and aptly) named Godiva White Chocolate Milkshake Cocktail....What??? Made with Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, vanilla vodka, crème d’cacao, and vanilla ice cream, it's pure decadence that’s best served with a straw.

8. PB & J Spiked Shake
CITY LIMITS
Like ice cream? Then you’ll love this ultra- thick PB&J “spiked shake,” an intense yet formidable drink that, despite its kid-friendly name, is definitely for adults only. Ingredients include Stoli Razberi, vanilla ice cream, pea- nut butter, and Chambord swirl. In other words: Be careful. This boozy blend may look like dessert but it’s still very much a cocktail.
Cool down: $10; 200 Central Ave White Plains (914) 686-9000 citylimitsdiner.com
9. Frozen Mudslide
SEASIDE JOHNNIES
There’s a Jimmy Buffet vibe to
Seaside Johnnies, where the music is loud, the shrimp is fried, and
the Margaritas come in lots of sizes and frozen varieties. And while one could be perfectly happy with a classic (with or without salt), it’s the Frozen Mudslide, a specialty
of the house, that ranks among its most appealing offerings. Between the mix of liquors and other ingredi- ents in the cocktail (Kahlua, Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, and ice cream) and the great view and party atmo- sphere, you’ll feel far, far away from any office drama.
Cool down: $12; 94 Dearborn Ave, Rye (914) 921-6104;
