BILOTTA
LARCHMONT For this kitchen, the homeowner wanted some- thing both efficient and beautiful for her young family. She wanted the design details to meld with her 1950s Tudor-style home,
so she chose light cabinets, a white subway tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. Satin-brass hardware and light fixtures give the look a little pop. To maximize space in the smaller footprint, a doorway and stairs from the kitchen to the basement were removed, increasing the usable space considerably.

RYE This compact kitchen got a full renovation to maximize the usable space. It features island seating for five, which replaced an everyday din- ing table. Double ovens, a wine unit, microwave drawer, and hidden command center were all carefully placed for flow and function.

LARCHMONT Organic elements give this sunroom a casual and usable feel without sacrificing style. The designer played with textures and layers like grass cloth and cowhide to give interest and dimension to this small space. The color palette was kept simple to let the space sing.
