In recognizing the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion to the communities they serve, PCSB hired Michelle A. Nicholas as SVP, Chief Diversity Officer and Director of Community Development. Nicholas has extensive senior-level experience in the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. After meeting with over 100 staff members, she is creating programs such as employee affinity groups, a supplier diversity program, plus, partnerships with local government initiatives, nonprofits, and colleges to make a real difference within the bank and the communities it serves.
