  HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
A-HOME is an important provider in our region of supportive, permanent housing — a proven strategy that helps individuals who are homeless or on the verge of
losing housing retain stable, safe
long- term housing.
Case Managers work with residents to
resolve obstacles to their well-being. When a family or individual moves into A-HOME, case managers assist them in accessing resources to support physical and mental health needs, nutrition, and transportation.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Your support is vital. Your donation will help A-HOME provide the safe long-term supportive housing that leads to increased stability, improved health, ability to age in place, and help maintain our housing stock. A-HOME can accept gifts of cash, stock transfers, and bequests. Contact Barbara for more information: BColeman@a-homehousing.org
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteers play a large role at A-HOME. Volunteers serve on the Board of Directors, Admissions, and other committees. They directly help residents by providing rides to doctors or food shopping, donating household goods, school supplies, holiday meals, gardening, and more! If interested in becoming a volunteer, contact Pat: PNickerson@a-homehousing.org
