Human Development Services of Westchester has been involved in the evolution of community-based direct-care services for vulnerable populations in Westchester Count for 50 years.
We provide strength-based, person-centered, culturally competent services to over 3000 people each year, through a unique blend of inter-related programs.
Dedicated to empowering the individuals and families we serve to achieve self-sufficiency, we are a social service organization providing quality behavioral health, rehabilitative, health, residential, and community stabilization services in Westchester County.
