Stephen Fishler, New Rochelle
Oops: In the Nibbles section of Amuse Bouche (December 2010), Brian MacMenamin was incorrectly listed as a partner of New Rochelle restaurant Cienega Latin Cuisine (cienega restaurant.com). The owners are Pedro Muñoz and Vivian Torres, who also own Nuevo Latino eatery Luz in Brooklyn. MacMenamin is co- owner and executive chef at Post Road Ale House (postroadalehouse.com).
