Westchester Green Business (WGB) is a Business Council of
Westchester program administered in partnership with Westchester County since 2009. The program helps integrate sustainable business practices into company operations.
Companies of all sizes and industries across Westchester
County are taking steps to reduce their
carbon footprint by greening internal operations, rethinking the way they use energy, and keeping the environment in mind on an ongoing basis.
75 Green Business members include major county employers such as Regeneron, SUNY Purchase, The Crowne Plaza White Plains and Westchester Medical Center.
