Housing Services
Visit Baltimore operates a Housing Bureau with highly trained, in-house staff to work with you to effectively and efficiently reserve rooms for your attendees. We deliver a range of services, audits and reports that provide a one-stop shop for
all of your housing needs. The Housing Bureau uses CVENT Passkey GroupMax software to offer reservation services to any group utilizing two or more hotels with a minimum of 250 rooms on peak night. Several of our clients have continued to use our Housing Bureau for their events in other destinations as well.

Convention Concierge Services
At the Baltimore Convention Center, the complimentary Convention Concierge Services desk will provide outstanding customer service to your attendees in order to make their Baltimore experience positive and enjoyable. Services include:
> Restaurant reservations at all Visit Baltimore member restaurants.
> Information and directional support for all area attractions and amenities.
> Information about special events and festivals taking place throughout Baltimore during your attendees’ stay.
Many of the same services are also available through our Convention Concierge Service Line at 1-877-BALTIMORE, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

> The Red Cross organizes teams to canvass neighborhoods to educate people about home fire safety and to install fire alarms.
Working with Animals
> The Maryland SPCA welcomes volunteers to help keep animals clean and comfortable in their cages. The best part? Some play time with the animals when the work is over.
Working Outside
> St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, a comprehensive nonprofit providing multiple services, organizes Community Clean-Up Days, site beautification and playground build projects to work toward the goal of providing Baltimore citizens with safe and beautiful spaces.
