Terry Webb was hired 19 years ago as a Sheetmetal Mechanic. Since coming onboard with M. Davis, he has completed four apprenticeship programs with the State of Delaware. By doing this, Terry has increased his value as a team member. He runs multiple jobs for global chemical plants. His dedication to quality work, done safely, as well as his ability to mentor and educate his crews has propelled him into leadership on the job. His duties include assigning the team members their daily tasks and goals, working with the customer on site with any project changes, and leading by example with safety protocols.
