 for economic development. Businesses located inside the UEZ may be eligible for incentives including, but not limited to:
• No sales tax on building materials, services and most tangible personal property
• Half the normal sales-tax rate on in- person purchases
• A 50% reduction in unemployment insurance taxes
• A credit against the corporate business tax

Incubator and Support Services
With 12 centers throughout New Jersey and more than 20 higher-education- affiliated offices and satellite locations, the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) network provides a wide range of services to help small businesses start up, expand and thrive in our region. For example, the centers offer free one-on-one management consulting, as well as training workshops and seminars.
As of 2018, NJSBDC had helped 630 clients start a new business and been instrumental in creating or saving 14,848 jobs in the state. Learn more at www.njsbdc.com.

The Keller Center at Princeton University (kellercenter.princeton.edu) offers students, alumni and faculty access to
a variety of business resources, such as mentors and advisors, workshops and roundtable discussions.
