Compass, the newest version of Cerner built exclusively for Trinity Health, is now available at Saint Francis. This tool has the ability to greatly enhance care for your patients and improve communication with hospital clinical staff.

• Real-time information during patient hospitalization at Saint Francis
• Access to online patient charts whenever you need them, wherever you are
• Dragon Medical Dictation Software
• Transition of Care Information available for Primary Care Physician upon discharge
• Valuable information for MACRA and MIPS
• Clinical Care Documents sent to you either through DHIN or by fax (if you don’t participate with the DHIN)
