                                  OUTDOOR ADVENTURES
Four seasons of outdoor recreation beckon in the Hudson Valley. With thousands of miles of interconnecting trails, including the 2,000-mile Appalachian Trail, endless activities abound. Have fun skiing the slopes at Hunter Mountain, rock climbing at Monhonk, rafting the rapids, and putting the greens in the Hudson Valley.
   CULTURE GALORE
The Hudson Valley is rich in cultural diversity and artistic expression. Arts giants like Dia Beacon, housed in a converted box-printing factory, and Storm King Art Center—a pristine, 500-acre outdoor sculpture museum— are international destinations. The Albany Institute of History and Art is one of the oldest museums in the country while Art Omi presents more than 60 works by contemporary artists and architects, and the Garner Arts Center provides a unique and vibrant gallery and creative space.
