GLOBAL DAY FOR DOING GOOD
In 2020, Regeneron held its fourth annual Day for Doing Good, when employees across the company participated (mostly virtually) in volunteer service projects ranging from classroom STEM projects to COVID-19 relief efforts to park clean-ups. This global day of service represents one way employees give back
to their communities, with other year-round opportunities like employee Volunteer Time Off and National Volunteer Week.
PRO-BONO SERVICE
Regeneron partners with Taproot Foundation to offer a skills- based service program that leverages employee talents to address urgent nonprofit needs and provide capacity building solutions.
REGENERON MATCHING-GIFT PROGRAM
Regeneron offers each employee a 1:1 match-up to $5,000 annually for financial contributions to eligible nonprofits and education institutions.
