A driving force behind the success of J. Philip Real Estate, Jennifer Maher was named Chief Operating Officer earlier this year. Jennifer’s leadership has grown J. Philip from a one-room office with 30 associates to three market centers with close to 100 associates. Sales volume has increased from less than $20 million to $120 million per annum, with 2020 on pace to set a new record.
Tasked with leading the commercial business into the future, Jennifer built J. Philip Commercial Group from the ground up more than six years ago. Jennifer’s industry knowledge, top-notch negotiating skills, and consistent leadership have set her apart from other commercial brokers.
A longtime supporter and advocate for the business community and economic development in the Hudson Valley Region, Jennifer has served on the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, located in White Plains. She is also the founding President of the Westchester Division of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and, as Chairwoman of the Putnam County Business Council, she serves the business community as a persuasive advocate and liaison to federal, state and local officials.
