reinventing itself. In the midst of a revitalization, the city is courting artists, technology companies, and others to its scenic and strategic spot along the Hudson – resulting in the creation of artists’ and business improvement districts, as well as many new restaurants, galleries, boutiques and a weekly farmer’s market.
