Dear Friends,
Over the last few years, The Bronx has experienced a surge of economic growth- from The Hub in the South Bronx all the way up to my district in Riverdale. New businesses, commercial real estate development, and business improvement districts are emerging across The Bronx; which points to a very prosperous future for our beloved borough. In flourishing times like these, I am very thankful The Bronx has a strong organization like The Bronx Chamber of Commerce that is advocating and organizing on behalf of growing commerce community.
This tremendous economic growth is indicative of The Bronx Chamber of Commerce’s decades of hard work and dedication. Their continued advocacy on behalf of their stakeholders has helped install vital infrastructure and transform the Bronx business community. The Bronx Chamber of Commerce always offers high caliber programing and quality events that help enrich the lives of every Bronxite.
This organization has been behind many beneficial projects in my district, most notably the Woodlawn Cemetery and the Montefiore Medical Center’s UBA Teen Multi-Systemic Therapy Program. I know that with their help, the business environment of The Bronx will become even more connected in the coming years. I am grateful to the Bronx Chamber of Commerce for all of their work, and I look forward to seeing their upcoming projects.
