We have a proximity to the city, but Putnam County is a great food destination for people who want to experience “the country.” We are realizing our potential here in Putnam. We create beautiful dining experiences. We want to make people comfortable, and we want you to feel at home. At Dish, we’re interested in the story that brought you to the table, in what was shared at the meal. I have spent time with fishermen in Japan, farmers in Ireland, monks in Belgium, servers in the Hague, street cooks in India and market owners
in Italy. All of these teachers have shaped how I cook.

You can always expect the unexpected at Clock Tower Grill. My wife Cassie and I wanted to bring a new and different concept to our area – to change the mold by having fun and being unique – with musicals, festival nights and themed dinners. We also wanted to be more involved in our local community, while
at the same time change the way people dine out by fighting the good fight in our broken food system. We have a great location in the Hudson Valley, at the crossroads of I-84 and I-684. We’re excited to tell a story with the food, beginning with the farmers.
